Services
- All prices are for 2 people when using the holiday apartment without breakfast. Final cleaning is included. €35.00 surcharge per night per extra person over the age of 6. If apartment cleaning is required during the stay, €15.00 per cleaning will be charged.
- For stays of more than 1 week, 1 intermediate cleaning is mandatory and included in the price.
- Towels can also be changed in holiday apartments on request. We also provide toilet paper and facial tissues for the entire stay.
- Free WiFi internet access in the whole house (reception can be partially restricted by the old walls.)
- One parking space per booked apartment is available free of charge in our car park.
- Our large garden with sunbathing lawn, playground and quiet areas can be used at any time.
- Bathrobes are available for borrowing.
- On arrival, you will receive the Tegernsee Card, which gives you the opportunity to use over 30 leisure activities, such as museums, sports and wellness, at discounted rates. In addition, with the card, bus transport in the entire region is free.
- You can book our generous breakfast with regional products, including cheese from the Naturkäserei Tegernseer Land. Price per person €18.00
- You are welcome to purchase drinks such as coffee, tea, water, wine, beer and more from us in the afternoon.

Good to know
- Arrival and departure: The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm and must be vacated by 10.30 am on departure.
- Reception is normally open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
- We are a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas. Please use the ashtrays provided for this.
- One dog per apartment is allowed on request and with advance notice. There will be an extra charge of €20.00 per dog per night. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room. Other pets are not allowed.
- In addition to the apartment price, the city of Tegernsee’s tourist tax will be charged. This is €3.00 per adult per night. Children and young people from 6–15 years pay €1.50, children under 6 years are free of charge.
- Due to the legal duty of supervision and the house rules, it is unfortunately not possible for children and young people under the age of 18 to occupy a flat alone without a supervisor. Not even if the parents are in the flat next door. We ask you to bear this in mind when booking.
- If you are travelling without a car but by public transport, you will receive a discount of EUR 8 per night on the price of the overnight stay, if you present your train or bus ticket (from all travellers) at check-in.
- Cancellation conditions: The right of withdrawal according to § 18 paragraph 1 line 10 FAGG [Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act] does not apply, our general terms and conditions apply. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. If you cancel 14 days or less before arrival, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total booking amount will be charged. A separate cancellation period applies for group bookings.
